Eglin Airforce Base Club

Eglin Air Force’s Enlisted Club acts as a positive visual statement being the first major building encountered by personnel and visitors entering from the adjacent Base Gate. It is viewable from 4 different sides. The front and east elevation are visible from the main entry boulevard; the west face shares a common road with the Base Gym/Pool complex. Deliveries and mechanical equipment are located on the south side of the building facing the tennis courts, but careful attention was given to using landscape screens to minimize the visual impact of those necessary functions. The exterior utilizes the Base’s standard color and material pallet for brick and roof colors and materials as well as precast concrete copings to accent the masonry work. At approximately 15,600 S.F., the Club includes a lounge/bar and dining room seating approximately 250 people.
